Central Civil Service (Leave) Rules, 1972
There are 64 rules under the CCS (Leave) Rules, 1972 which came to effect from 01 June, 1972. In this section we have covered all the important provisions of the CCS (Leave) Rules, 1972 which is applicable to the central Govt. employees (except to those exempted under Rule-2).
Though Casual Leave is not a recognized form of leave, this section also covers provisions for Casual Leave (CL) for convenience of grouping.
