"Year Book for Central Government Employees" is the title of the concept book to be published by the Management & Administrative Training Academy (MATA) for the Central Government Employees regarding various rules, mainly FRSR and CCS Rules which govern their service conditions. This website is the online version of that concept book. Currently, the relevant texts and topics are being edited and compiled off-line and completed pages are being uploaded to the website one-by-one. We expect to complete all the pages by 31 December, 2014 to present this website as a New Year Gift to the Central Government Employees.
