This website is an open-source and free2view reference website for the central government employees and will cover the most frequently referred topics on Fundamental Rules & Supplementary Rules (FRSR), and various Central Civil Service Rules (CCS Rules) like GPF (Central Services) Rules, 1960, CPF (India) Rules, 1962, CCS (Conduct) Rules, 1964, CCS (CCA) Rules, 1965, CCS (Leave) Rules, 1972, CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972, CCS (Joining Time) Rules, 1979, CCS (LTC) Rules, 1988, New Pension Scheme (NPS), CCS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2008, Modified Assured Career Progression (MACP) Scheme, and many such other topics. The site will also cover topics of general interest and relevant to the central Govt. employees on the General Financial Rules (GFR), 2005, the Income Tax Act, 1961, and the Right to Information (RTI) Act, 2005.
The contents have been explained with illustrations and FAQs in a such a manner as to be easily understood by the central government employees. Wherever required and possible, reference-links have been provided to the original source of relevant rules, circulars, office memorandums, etc. issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DOPT), Ministry of Finance, and other Ministries/Departments.

The Team
This website is the brain-child of a person who wished to share with every central government employee, his knowledge and expertise in the subjects relating to the the Fundamental Rules & Supplementary Rules (FRSR) and other Central Civil Service Rules. Inspired and motivated by this novel thought, a team consisting of more subject experts, content developers, web designers, data entry operators and others was formed. As the sweet result of their effort, the herculean task of creating and publishing this open-source and free2view website could be achieved. We shall call the team as the Year Book Team.
