Year Book Team believe that no informative website is complete without two-way flow of information. The main objective of creating and maintaining this website is to make various rules governing the service of the central government employees available at their finger-tip of in a manner best understood by them. The site will also cover topics of general interest and relevant to the central Govt. employees on the General Financial Rules (GFR), 2005, the Income Tax Act, 1961, and the Right to Information (RTI) Act, 2005. Further, we have put our best efforts to present the rules supplemented with illustrations and FAQs, wherever required, in very simple yet comprehensive manner.
